How orders are processed?

Monday – Saturday Orders are processed Daily. Orders that come in after 7:00 pm (cst) will be processed the next day. If you have not received order conformation within 48 hours please reach out to us at support@basidiumequilibrium.com. Please include your order number.

Payment Options

CC/Debit Orders are processed immediately, and you will receive a confirmation email shortly after placing your order.

Bitcoin Simply follow the prompts for instructions on making payments. Scan the QR code on our site with your bitcoin mobile wallet. If you scan the QR code it will send the correct amount. Once payment is received, your order will be processed promptly.

Cash App Payment at Checkout: Our site cannot directly charge your Cash App account. Payments must be made manually by the purchaser. Kindly include your Cash App tag so we can link payments to invoices. Please leave a note on the Cash App transaction blank. Once your order is received, you will receive an email confirming that it is being processed.

Cash Payments Cash payments are accepted at checkout. After submitting your order, you’ll receive instructions on where to send the funds. We recommend sending cash payments with a tracking number for security. Once your payment is received, you will receive an email confirming that it is being processed.

Bitcoin We welcome BTC coin payments at checkout. Simply follow the prompts for instructions on making payments. Scan the QR code on our site with your bitcoin mobile wallet. If you scan the QR code it will send the correct amount. Once payment is received, your order will be processed promptly.

Zelle We accept Zelle bank payments. Follow the checkout prompts to receive payment instructions. Once your payment is received, you will receive an email confirming that it is being processed.

MAX REDEMPTION As a credit card processor, please follow the prompts. You may need to create a profile within Max Redemption to process payments efficiently. ID required.

Our Guarantee

We guarantee our genetic cleanliness for 30 days from purchase. If you find a quality issue please send us an email, include order number and pictures whenever possible. This will help us identify issues and aid in the process. Emails go to Support@basidiumequilibrium.com we will arrange for replacement.

 

When is my order shipped?
  • Syringes and Spore orders will ship within 24-48 hours.
Terms and Conditions
  • We do not ship any products to California, Idaho or Georgia. We will NOT ship to any international countries where Psilocybe spores are illegal.
  • By purchasing any products from our catalog you are acknowledging that these products are strictly for microscopic, novelty or collection purposes only.
  • BasidiumEquilibrium.com is not liable for anyone who does not follow these guidelines
  • We do not sell psilocybe spores to any persons under the age of 18. We may ask for age verification.
  • Basidiumequilibrium.com will not replace any packages seized by customs
Shipping Policy
  • All applicable orders process in 24-72hrs
  • We are currently shipping Mon-Fri; most orders arrive 3-5days from shipping
  • If you have shipping issues, lost or damaged packages. Please reach out to Support@basidiumequilibrium.com , always please include order number for reference.
  • If there was an error with the address, we will re-ship, but ask you to pay the $8 flat re-shipping fee.
  • If your order/package says “Delivered” on our end (through our shipping/tracking info at Stamps.com), and you did not receive it, we will ask you to pay 50% of the original order total price, plus $8 for reshipping of your order.
  • Please allow additional days for shipment during holidays and seasonal times of increased volume for Post office and shipping centers
  • ICE PACK and HEAT PACK Guidance is as follows.  There is NO need to add an Ice pack or Heat Pack to Spore Print or Swab Orders. Please use your best judgement about the weather in your area and whether or not you want to add an Ice pack or Heat Pack when necessary.
