If you have shipping issues, lost or damaged packages. Please reach out to Basidiumeqhq@gmail.com , always please include order number for reference.
If there was an error with the address, we will re-ship, but ask you to pay the $7 flat re-shipping fee.
If your order/package says “Delivered” on our end (through our shipping/tracking info at Stamps.com), and you did not receive it, we will ask you to pay 25% of the original order total price, plus $7 for reshipping of your order.
