    I received my GT syringe on 10/21 and I inoculated Agar Plates and brown rice bags. My rice looks okay from what I can see, but my agar plates had some signs of contamination. I reported this to to Basidium and they quickly sent me a replacement, which will be here later this week. My order was nicely packaged and seems to be colonizing rice well after the spores germinated. 10/10 customer service and great product, they made up for the contamination with their excellent customer service, I will be ordering from them again.
